Unifunl is a conversational commerce platform that integrates with third-party messaging services (including WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger) and e-commerce platforms (such as Shopify and WooCommerce). Our Service provides:

• A unified inbox for managing customer conversations.
• AI-powered automation agents for drafting responses and handling inquiries.
• Data synchronization between messaging channels and e-commerce inventory.

3. Account Registration and Security

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind the business entity on whose behalf you use the Service.
• Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

4. Compliance with Third-Party Platforms (Meta Policy)

Your use of Unifunl requires integration with Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp). By using our Service, you explicitly agree to comply with the terms of these third-party providers, including but not limited to:

• Instagram Terms of Use
• WhatsApp Business Policy

5. Use of AI and Automation

Unifunl utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate responses and manage conversations. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Accuracy: AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or misleading. You are responsible for monitoring and verifying the AI agent’s interactions with your customers.
• Liability: Unifunl is not liable for any loss of sales, reputation damage, or customer disputes arising from AI-generated responses.
• Supervision: You agree to maintain human oversight of the Service to ensure it aligns with your business standards.

6. User Conduct and Prohibited Use

You agree strictly NOT to use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) or harass users.
• Distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Unifunl platform.

7. Fees and Payment

• Subscription: Access to Unifunl is offered on a subscription basis (Monthly or Yearly).
• Billing: You agree to provide a valid payment method. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
• Changes: We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days’ notice.

8. Intellectual Property

• Our IP: The Unifunl platform, including its code, design, and branding, is the exclusive property of Unifunl Inc.
• Your Data: You retain all rights to your customer data and conversation history (“Client Data”). You grant us a license to process this data solely to provide the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unifunl Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
• Any reliance on AI-generated content.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Tunisia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
